Sensory Circuits

Try these Sensory Circuit exercises every day for 10mins.

Your child has been doing this first thing in Sensory Circuits every morning, so they will know them well.

Warm up:
March on the spot.
Relax. Breathe.
Star jumps x5.
Rest. Breathe.
Jog on the spot.
Relax. Breathe.
Holding out your arms, draw circles in the air. Change direction.
Rest. Breathe.
Run on the spot.
Relax. Breathe.
Touch your toes x5.

Cool down:
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth x3.
Put your hands on your heart and breathe slowly in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Your body has worked hard for you, give it a hug. Well done!
